In 2020, Halpin Partnership led a research project that explored UK Universities’ Response to Black Lives Matter combined of interviews with senior university leaders, SU presidents, and activists, along with an in-depth desk review and public online survey.

The research led to a successful webinar which saw further consultancy with various Higher Education Institutions, strategically supporting their EDI strategies and people management.

Three years on from this research, Halpin Partnership are reaching out to explore EDI developments since 2020 and explore whether institutions have upheld their commitments or whether actions were reactive as opposed to strategic.
