International Games Night
Join The Global Village for a fun evening of board games and meeting new people from 5pm - 7pm at The Hive on City Campus!
Give It A Go! Women’s Football
Try out Women's Football with the LBSU Give It A Go program from 6pm - 7pm at the Sports Centre on Headingley Campus.
Quids In
Kick off Winter Freshers with Leeds’ biggest weekly club night! VooDoo Events presents Quids In at Pryzm in Leeds City Centre from 10pm - 4am.
Tuesday 31th January
Winter Freshers’ Fair
Jump headfirst into student life this semester with the Winter Freshers’ Fair. Meet your Student Officer Team, play games, check out LBU’s student societies, sign up for sports teams, and grab a whole load of freebies!
Whether you're a January starter or a returning student, it’s a great chance to grab some freebies and find out more about the opportunities that are waiting for you here at LBU.
Visit the fair from 10am - 4pm at City Campus.
Blood on the Clocktower? Games Night
Team up with others from 5:30pm - 8pm at the City campus Living Room (located above The Hive,) to figure out who the killer is or use your deception skills to keep it a secret!
Blood on the Clocktower belongs to the "Werewolf" family of games; a team of Good Players who don't know who each other are VS a team of Evil Players who do know who each other are, and every player has special powers.
Tickets are £5 and there are only 15 places available. The tickets are deposits and will be refunded on attendance. You can reserve your spot here.
Free Pool at The Hive
Had a full day of checking out all the student societies on offer at the Freshers’ Fair? Head over to The Hive at City or Headingley campus between 6pm - 8pm for a drink and an evening of free pool!

Try out Jujitsu with the LBSU Give It A Go program from 6pm - 7:30pm at City Campus Gym!
Give It A Go! Ultimate Frisbee
Try out Ultimate Frisbee with the LBSU Give It A Go program from 9pm - 10pm at the Headingley campus Sports Centre!

Dance until dawn from 11pm - 5am at Leeds’ longest-running student night, Space Tuesdays!

Leadership Election Info Session for International Students
Are you interested in standing in the upcoming LBSU leadership elections? Pop along to this casual information session from 12:30pm - 1:30pm to find out more about the LBSU Student Officer roles, campaigning, and how the elections work.
Antics Wednesdays
Celebrate Freshers at Pryzm from 10pm - 4am with six rooms of music at one of Yorkshire’s biggest club nights!
Leeds Food Tour
Join a guided tour of Leeds’ best independent pubs, restaurants and street food stalls… with food included at every stop! Spend the afternoon making new friends over lots of delicious food! All food has been carefully selected to showcase the best of each venue, with vegan and gluten-free options available if requested.

Society Mixer
Do you want to meet like-minded people? Do you want to create or join a society? Do you like free pizza?
If you answered yes to any of these, then come along to the Society Mixer from 5pm - 8pm at The Hive on City campus! Meet people with similar interests, talk to staff and meet your Activities Officer and discuss what societies may suit you.

Pick It Up Litter Pick
Interested in helping us make Leeds a greener and safer space for everyone? We're organising an LBSU Litter Pick on 2nd February from 10:30am - 12:30pm at Woodhouse Moor.
Come rain or shine we will work with volunteers to improve our green spaces for all! Meet new people and gain a couple of hours volunteering towards a fantastic cause.
